What can you expect when you book our services?

We provide a complete service for our customers which includes:

• During the first consultation – which can happen personally or if our client is abroad, via email – we will provide detailed information regarding the most suitable title of residence for the client’s purpose, the legal conditions of obtaining residence, matters of administrative procedure and its duration.
• Upon hiring our company, we will prepare the application, collect the required legal attachments, and make the necessary arrangements to submit the application to the administrative authorities. We will help our clients with setting the date for the personal appearance prescribed by law and by giving personal assistance during that timeframe.
• Upon authorization we will act for our clients as representative.
• After submitting the application, we will monitor the deadlines closely and keep up the communication processes with the authorities.
• In case of a positive decision the residence permits will be delivered to our client immediately. In the case of rejection, we will prepare to submit claims for appeal and we will represent our client if court proceedings will be conducted.
• We provide aid with applying permissions in connection with aliens policy cases, e.g.: work permit, tax and social security cards, licensing a foreign vehicle in Hungary for operation and acquiring permits for licensing a vehicle to a foreign citizen.
• We are assisting in seeking and buying Hungarian immovable properties, in case of residence on purpose of gainful of employment we will handle the administrative side of the establishment of the company, provide aid with finalizing the business plan and act on behalf of our client in the case of opening a bank account.
• Together with our business partners we also provide investment options for our clients.

Our company is also certified for handling administration regarding Hungarian citizenship, such as:

• consultation about the legal requirement of naturalization/repatriation and also about the procedure and length of the process,
• upon entrusting us we will help our client to apply for the constitutional knowledge exam, prepare the citizenship application, prepare the required attachments, organize the personal application and provide assistance upon application,
• after the submitted application we will monitor the deadlines closely and keep up the communication processes with the authorities,
• upon withdrawing the Hungarian citizenship, we provide legal assistance for the court proceedings.

We provide personalized offers for our clients depending on the requested right of residence and type of administrative proceedings. If a consultation occurs, the fee of that will count towards the service charge. The service charge includes the legal fees, but does not include fees that were charged in the interest of our client (eg.: document translation fees, interpreter fee).

We speak English, French, Russian and Chinese. Upon application we can provide services for translating any language (native interpreter).

For a larger number of clients (groups) we can provide on-the-spot services, too.
