Who can receive our services?

Foreign citizens: persons having the right of free movement and residence or third-country nationals.

Citizens of foreign countries

Citizens of foreign countries can apply for help in the following aliens policing matters:

• Application regarding the invitation letter,
• Application regarding the registration certificate of an EEA citizen,
• Visa application,
• Application regarding residence permit (regarding to job applications, studying, medical aid, visits, etc.),
• Application regarding permanent residence permit,
• Family reunification,
• Extending residence permit,
• Extending permanent residence permit,
• Fulfillment of notification requirements to the aliens policing authority and to the national employment authority.

For Hungarian citizens

our company can offer services such as inviting a foreign citizen to Hungary or in aliens policing process in relation to family reunification.

For legal entities

our company can offer services such as acquiring necessary legal documents for foreign employees or executive officers regarding work and residence permits for employment in Hungary.

Third-country nationals

Are as follows:

• someone without the right of free movement and residence enjoyed by Union citizens,
• not a Hungarian citizen,
• stateless.

Third-country nationals can stay in Hungary under many legal grounds.

Permit for entry and stay:

• the visa which provides residence within 180 days not exceeding 90 days,
• residence permit that entitles – according to the general rule – stay of more than 90 days within any 180 day period but maximum two years fixed-term stay and can be obtained for many reasons,
• permanent residence permit which approves residence in Hungary for a fixed term and has several different types according to the legislation.

Citizens with the right of free movement and residence (EEA nationals):

• nationals of any Member State of the European Union and States who are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area,
• persons enjoying the same treatment as nationals of States who are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area by virtue of an agreement between the European Community and its Member States and a State that is not a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area with respect to the right of free movement and residence,
• family member of the above mentioned, except family members of Hungarian citizens who are citizens of a third-country.

Persons having the right of free movement and residence may enter the territory of Hungary with a valid travel document or identity card within 180 days not exceeding 90 days. Family members of the EEA nationals might need a visa depending on their citizenship for stay of no more than 90 days within any 180 day period.

EEA nationals who stay for more than 90 days in Hungary are to be registered, a registration certificate from the aliens policing authority validates their stay. Family member of the EEA national can stay in Hungary for stay of more than 90 days with a residence card.
